How God sees Every Believer

This is how God sees every Church Age Believer because of the Finished Work of His Son. Taken from His Word with references on each point they are "Thus sayeth The Lord, and It is Written." All viewpoint, opinion and commentary is eliminated (except for His). He speaks for Himself. 2Co 1:20 For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. When we start to see ourselves as The Father sees us in Christ it will be Life Transforming, He has given us everything, we are "Complete in Christ" Our thinking becomes "who is This God that Loves me so much". Then we, like Paul, say "that I may know Him" (everything there is to know about Him). Similar to when we first met our husbands or wives. They were in our thoughts all the time and we wanted to be with them constantly to get to know them more. The fullness of God's love was expressed in Christ on the Cross, "This is how much I love you that I sent My Son to die for you. When we consider these scriptures we will reciprocate His Love. 1Jo 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. All other details seem trivial.

After reading all those verses of what Christ has done for you (if you are a beliver)and you wonder about if someone else is rightly related to the Son, reveals you missed the whole point all together. These scriptures are to build us up in "The Faith", there's not one verse listed to cause us to focus on anyone but Christ. Look again and see that God has made us saints, holy, righteous, sanctified, more than conquerors, joint heirs with Christ, COMPLETE, an ambassador, reconciled, accepted, and much more. All these things are ours by grace through Christ's Finished Work. We don't have to "try to be" we "already are". Why trouble yourself with pretenders or fools God the Father will take care of them. We are to "look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our Faith". We are in Christ at the point of salvation, "and as He is so are we in the world". What more can motivate us more to love, obey and serve God after understanding what He has already done for us. Before I became a Christian I, too, searched for meaning and was very much into the occult.
But, after a while I grew weary of all the half-truths and yearned after THE TRUTH.
When you accept Jesus Christ as LORD, everything finally makes sense and you understand it all, like pieces of a puzzle falling together.
"Unless you're born again and have accepted Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, you cannot understand His Word."
When I say you don't get it, I mean you don't get the message of Christianity, as you won't understand the Word unless you're Christian.
I'm not saying you don't get the pagan "mysteries", just the Christian.

my question was: what is the difference between a true believer and one who is just pretending or is fooled or fooling themselves?
i guess another way to ask it would be, how does one know for sure that all of these things you listed are true? and how do those things manifest themselves in a persons life? how do we even know exactly what each of them means?

your response to me indicated that we just take these things for granted and at face value. i, on the other hand, am of the opinion that we should know these things to be true and know about these things because they are real and we experience them.
for instance, if we are a new creation, then what is different about us? how do we go about being changed into his image? and once there, whats next? if we are one in christ, does this mean we are god too? how is it we are first fruits among his creation when so many came before us? how are we the salt of the earth? the light of the world? the temple of the holy spirit? what is the circumcision not made with human hands? how does this effect us?

These "things" cannot be sluffed-off and replaced with our own ideas. They are written in the Word of God as "Thus Sayeth the Lord". If He said it, that makes it truth (reality). Personally, I believe in the infalable and literal Word of God. Whatever He says is Truth, therefore I have to go against my own way of thinking and align with the mind of Christ. "My thoughts are not your thoughts, and my ways are not you ways" Isa 55:8, but He gave us His thoughts in His Word and in His Son (The Word)who became flesh, and we can know His thoughts and ways. He also gave us (believers) The Holy Spirit who illuminates us in the Word and points us to Christ. We cannot pick and choose what parts of The Bible we want to believe and reject the other parts. You may have heard of the Thomas Jefferson version of the Bible, he cut out all the parts he didn't believe and taught this edited version to his childern. But we must believe every jot and tittle or we will never understand the full consel of God. This cannot be done in human strength, it must be done in (by)The Holy Spirit. So the answer to this question is: it all depends on how much faith you have in what God says. My belief or unbelief doesn't change the truth of The Word of God one iota, It is true wether I believe it or not.

He says we are partakers of His Divine Nature, I accept this by faith because He said so. We are born again and given The Holy Spirit, which makes us different form the natural man, He makes us a new Creation. From Divine viewpoint God sees two types of humanity, the unsaved (natural man)who is dead in His sins and the saved (those He placed in union with Christ), but there also are two groups of belivers. There are the spiritual man (those growing in Grace and Knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ 2Pet 3:18) and the carnal man (those who are save and reject a daily intake of Bible Doctrine as there No. 1 priorty in life, whose thoughts and action are similar to the natural man (unbeliever). By sight you cannot tell the apart, but they are saved and will go to heaven when they die because at some point in thier life they belived "that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God". 1Co 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, [even] as unto babes in Christ. As you can see from this verse Paul could not communicate spiritual truths to the Corinthians, he could only speak to them in baby talk because they were acting like natural men. We cannot look at he outward appearance of someone, it's God who looks upon the heart. But even in the back of the carnal man's mind is the Holy Spirit at work convicting and prodding them on in the spiritual life.

We exercise faith in God that He is going to do it, He has predestined it. Rom 8:29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren;
The Father promises He will do this, and it will happen because He says it will. I can go the easy way by trusting Him or I can do it the hard way by trying to imatate Christ. We will never be fully conformed to His image until we are raptured and given our glorified bodies, and wht comes next is to spend eternity in His presence learn grace.

No, we are joined to the Glorified Humanity of Christ but as He is so are we 1Jo 4:17 ....because as He is, so also are we in this world.

These are too many questions to answer at one sitting. If you ask one at a time I will be able to give you a more thorough answer. But the simple answer to all these questions is: God said so in His Word. We apply faith to His Word.
Heb 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Joh 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak of myself.

This is a reply to # 405,837I'm going to tell you my idea of what a Christian should be and it's going to be different from what is commonly taught because the common teaching is that we should be so "LIKE MINDED" that we should be the same (as though we should be from the same mold)instead of being unique individuals. We end up being in competition with each other in order to establish who is of the best quality and who is the most worthy of salvation. The end result of this bureaucratic and partisan compliance with TEXT is an overall lack of compassion and a complete disregard for CONSCIENCE. We learn to treat Christianity as a 'perfection contest' and keep track of each other's 'discrepancies' (deviations from the LETTER of the LAW) and any possible flaws. Of course, the bottom line is LOVE, not just for the Lord, but for the people (as respect), 1 Corinthians 13...if you have not love, you are nothing...even if you have approval of pastors and deacons and have the notariety as SUPER CHRISTIAN and put the boy scouts to shame by helping old ladies cross the street.
The god of confusion has managed (through use of the weaknesses of 'the flesh') to obscure the simplicity of God's message (love, compassion). It is within the nature of the human being to only avoid sin and participate in an 'anti-discrepancy' contest in order to recieve an award for 'Christian of the month' instead of avoid EVIL (Hebrews 5:14, meaning that a deeper understanding of God depends on making the DISTINCTION between good and evil. Evil is ANYTHING THAT PREVENTS complete good).
Another mistake that the god of confusion wants to continue is our thinking that, in the bible, God is giving instruction ONLY to those of us that choose to follow Him (ONLY Christians). In the bible, God is giving instruction to the whole human race, not just Christians (sorry to burst your bubble, but we shouldn't EXCLUDE humanity). When we read all throughout scripture that we should FEAR God, it is not saying that those who love Him should fear Him (within the realm of sanity, that is not possible), it is saying that UNBELIEVERS should learn that God is someone to be reckoned with (the fear of God is only the BEGINNING of wisdom), and when we come to know God, our love should be PERFECTED. When I was a child, I would fear DESERVING discipline/reprimand/scolding/reproach from my father, but didn't fear HIM (I only feared his reproach, not HIM, I only LOVED him, not also feared him).
The common teaching about four types of love is extremely and severely misleading and important to a good understanding of God's message BECAUSE GOD IS LOVE (a foundational understanding). Those are types of RELATIONSHIPS. Love is an attitude of mind and heart. God is one, God is integral and cannot be separated into parts or sections.
and how we enjoy separating (empiricism ahoy!) the three manifestations of God...
GOD creator
GOD savior
GOD spirit (personal relationship).
Historically, it seems that we've always read very clearly that Adam and Eve ate of the tree of conscience, but that realization has completely been hidden from the human race and all of it's intellectuals. Even when we read that we shouldn't reject conscience and that we have to stand before the Lord with a clear conscience, it still doesn't sink in, maybe when we read Hebrews 9:9 and see that the whole point of what Jesus did was to "...PERFECT the conscience of the worshipper...".
Christianity is not observed, it is lived.
The proper perspectives necessary are:
1) LOVE doesn't involve fear.
2) The avoidance of sin does not result in compassion or harmony, the avoidance of evil does.
3) Our conscience and mind must be trained by the Holy Spirit (Romans 12:2 "...be transformed by the renewal of your mind,...").

This is a reply to # 405,829Trapper this question is very important and bothers many. I know several that seem to really believe they are saved. They go to church, read their Bible, do Bible study, do work for the needy and on and on...then they live as they please saying they have liberty. But, the point here is that they 100% believe they are saved. I wonder how can they be saved when committing adultery? or steal from work, time wise, or etc. etc... I had a neighbor like this one time and her husband called her "a church angel and a home devil" ooooooooh!
I have a relative that I would say is saved but he has little or no assurance of salvation because he works with loads of people like those mentioned above and he says if those people really think they are saved and are so fooled how can he know for sure. And the more he works with "christians" that live in all manner of sin the more he wonders how one can really tell. Please don't tell me about the witness of the Holy Spirit and so on. This man has heard it all from some of the greatest pastors, etc. My realtive does tend to have a judgemental spirit and I suspect he uses that on himself....? well maybe?
My point....For me my walk tells my story, saved or not.

But we still aught not to judge any man, because we cannot change anyone, in the twinkling of an eye God can change the worst human being so what we need to do when we see these things we aught to pray for one another. We must remember that we are all sinners saved by God's grace and what the Lord has done for you and I He will do for others.
