This is a reply to # 413,569why not dye the olive oil? and i think it should be a color that is distinguishable from blue and which, if mixed with the green bile, will give a distinct color. blue would give you blue-green which still might leave doubt. red, on the other hand, would mix with the green bile and make brown. if you had brown stones inside, then the lipid content came from the oil you just drank. what is a good non-toxic red fat dye?

This is a reply to # 413,577I'ts great of Spirit to continue in his efforts to prove the existance of liver/gall stones, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. This is a reply to # 413,569Cudos to Spirit to his careful methods....though I have to think there is a lab he could send the stones to for analysis and know for sure.
Also I don't see how the olive oil explanation can create the thousands of tan and various other shades of brown, black and yellow stones that I have had come out. And all the "tons" of hard little gravel and also the much larger hard shelled tan stones with dark ,dried up centers.
