I recently started taking GOL's women's multivitamin and it terribly constipated me. And the most I took it one day was 2! Has this happened to anyone else? I stopped taking it for the moment.

This is a reply to # 414,077Its most likely the iron thats causing the constipation, try an iron free multi instead
