I just started the Maker's Diet three days ago and I am having headaches (probably due to lack of caffiene) and I've even thrown up once. Is this "normal"????? I thought it might be part of the detox going on in my body but I'm not sure. Has anyone else on the Maker's Diet had these symptoms??? Help??? ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
I just found this website...it's wonderful. I just started the Maker's Diet and am having headaches due to lack of caffiene! Also, my morning and evening cleanse drink with the Perfect Food and Super Seed are HORRIBLE to drink...but I WILL stay the course. Any suggestions to make this easier????

This is a reply to # 414,083Take a deep breath. It's okay. In fact, it's great! Your body is telling you, "YES! This is what I need! Now you're giving me REAL FOOD and I can get rid of all this crap I've been trying to figure out how to process! Whoo hoo!"
Everyone I know who's been on the MD and/or Primal Defense has had this happen. Stick to it, drink plenty of water, take time to relax.

MoreThis is a reply to # 414,095I've been gradually changing since I read Patient Heal Thyself last winter. I started Primal defense back in April or May I think, and was up to the detox level by July. I think I started buying Maker's Diet approved only mid August. So a few months. I've just now in this past couple weeks kicked that uncontrollable urge to cheat on ice cream. I'm finally to the point where I get ill if I eat something that isn't 'food', and that's awesome motivation not to eat it!
