Hello,
I'm a 31 year old mother of 5 girls. I am always thinking that I should eat better but haven't really felt good with any of the diets that I've seen until I read the Maker's Diet. Wow!
I am a little confused though about the supplements. I have the multi, super seed, perfect food, cod liver oil, and some of the clenzology. When I was picking these all up, I could not find the Purification AM and PM. What are these?
Also, I am having a terrible time getting the super seed stuff down. Any tips to make it easier?
I have had two miscarriages that I had to have D&C done with...so I feel like my whole immune system is weak. Any suggestions there? Maybe the Primal Defense?
By the way, here's a great salad I made today with my steak....
I chopped 1 tomato and 1 avacodo....poured some olive oil and Bragg's apple cider vinegar and a little Sea Salt . It's was great!

I suggest get the gut healthy first. Drink a lot of pure water (distilled or revers osmosis) in poly-carbonate (non-leaching) plastic bottles. Your GI tract (gastrointestinal tract) is the second brain. Get that going in the best condition and you will see your immune system pick-up.

This is a reply to # 414,133Not to come out and disagree with this advice.....BUT
Distilled water is NOT for drinking. It is not pure water, and to put it bluntly.....it can kill you if it's all you are drinking.
Go to mercola.com and do a search on it. When I saw this, I was thinking how the bottled water plant I worked in years ago warned us about drinking the distilled water. Now I know why.
Filtered tap water should be fine, or get the RO water.

This is a reply to # 414,130A good way to get down the superseed is to add it to some organic apple juice... that juice will cover up the taste of all of the differnt powders pretty well I find. The AM & PM cleanse are in the advanced version of the diet. They are a little harder to find due to the non necesity of its role in the experience and the cost, but you can find a lot of what you need at:
