I just started Part 2 of an intestinal cleanse - bentonite/charcoal, 5X per day...pretty nasty, but it got me thinking about all those other horrible things i've swallowed in my quest to get well. Lots of contenders, but here's my 3:
3 - Grapefruit/Olive oil with the really heavy dark green oil. Mmm Mmmm.
2 - Epsom Salts ...how i look forward to my liver flushes.
1 - Chinese Herbs - the winner by a country mile. The strangest, nastiest collection of forest floor sweepings you can imagine...boiling them up made my place smell really nice...Still wonder if this may have been some kind of revenge for the whole Opium War thing...

1.Olive oil and lemon juice (I sometimes cant even use it on my salads)
2. P&B shakes (Texture I felt like I was drinking down my own vomit) I now use the capsule form Thanx Bolyloxx!!

I can't be the only one who can't even detect the Epsom Salt in lemon juice, right?.
The nastiest thing for me is, by far, the psyllium fiber powder. All those loose particles in liquid, ugh. It's like drinking dirt. I hate it. I'm definitely switching to capsules after I finish my tub of powder.
Actually, drinking H202 drops was worse. I gave that up after about two weeks. Fasting for two weeks is better than taking one glass of water with that junk in it. I'm getting sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Strongest recommendation to avoid!

To start I went with the 4 tbl spoons of epson salt in apple juice and later I used green tea oil it has a great flavor with the grapefruit juice.I just got out of bed, and took my 3 dose of the apple and salt....I was felt ill the first time I woke up this morning a few hours ago so I slept it off...I have never tried to sleep with a belly full of oil befor.I'm considering doing the aids protocol where you drink again more oil....can't hurt me cause I'm already consuming the salt any how.....I'll have to use the lemon juice concentrate cause I have used up all my grapefruits.Had my 1st BM and haven't seen any thing...yet...I believe I have to clear out the large intestine first.I went to bed so fast last night that I did not feel a train of stones moving....I hope my body utalized the tea seed oil....who knows maybe it miss took the oil as FOOD and it all was absorbed....that oil and grape fruit was yummy...

Although Chinese Bitters and GCG are pretty awful to take I think the 3 that have scarred me for life are:
3. Good Ol Epsom Salts
2. Dreadful Blessed Herbs Ginger Flavored Intestinal Cleanse.
1. My little cooky experiment to battle candida and cleanse intestines which is composed of psyllium/bentonite, 1 tbp ACV, 10 drops of grapefruit extract and 3 of oregano oil. Needless to say I only tried this once. (I take them one at a time now). - Re: Top 3 Nastiest Cures Tried? mommy2boys

I have to say the worst is papaya seeds and Epsom Salts . I am learning to like pumpkin seeds - for me, an aquired taste. Thanks for the light hearted post.
