I have done liver flushes in the past and since they made me feel worse instead of better, I haven't done one for quite awhile. I am feeling a little stronger and have cleared out my colon somewhat, so I am considering do one again. My problem is that I can't stand the taste of olive oil and lemon juice, mainly the olive oil, and so I have an extremely difficult time getting the drink down. Is there anything that I can add to it to cover the taste of the olive oil? I've been eating the cilantro pesto and I noticed that the garlic and cilantro cover the taste of the olive oil. Also, I think vegetable juice can mask the taste, but are either of these options advisable? Or is there a better way? Perhaps these questions are answered in your book on liver flushing, and I will get that as soon as possible, but for now I hope you don't mind answering these questions here at the forum.
