I start taking malic acid about 5 days before flushing. I used to do apple juice but I find the malic acid easier and, of course, less sugar intake is always better. I take one teaspoon of Colosan per day for 2 days before flushing. Then I proceed with the Clark recipe for the flush with a couple of variations. I could not stand the oil mixed with anything so I drink it straight (1 cup). I use Spanish (Pompeian brand, sp?), first cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil because it seems to not be as thick as others. I use a swimmer's nose plug and CANNOT taste the oil at all. It works like a charm. Then I chase it with Coca-Cola (no diet), about 5 ounces or so. I also add the morning dose of olive oil (1/2 cup) for an extra push. Then in the afternoon, I take a heaping spoon of Colosan to further clean out. I sometimes get stones until the next morning. :) As for the epsom salt, I wish I had a way to make it taste better but mixing it with anything doesn't make that much of a difference to me. I just take a swig of slightly diluted apple cider vinegar afterwards then brush my teeth. The stuff is vile! But like I tell myself..."put your big pants on and drink it!" LOL Everyone is different and after flushing for a while you can find what works for you.

It makes me so happy to know that you are inspired and that I have helped someone. I have learned so much from others on these forums and I am so grateful for that. It feels so good to take our health into our own hands. My mind is clearing out and I am starting to look at things and people differently somehow, in a good, positive way. It's hard to explain but it is awesome!
