My wife Aliza is 74 years and I'm 79.

We are using the dr.Budwig's diet 18 months approximately, and the main results are:

- No drugs, absolutely, to control high blood pressure.
- No drugs to control my relatively high blood glucose, which is now at 90-110 mg/dL level.
- No drugs for cholesterol. My HDL was less than 8 mg/dL and now is about 40 mg/dL. My LDL was always very high, coming up to more than 350 mg/dL. Now is at 65-80 mg/dL
- My triglycerides are decreasing at a very good rythm.
- Our skin is sorpresively more elastic, and Acne free.
