this is what I would do if in your shoes:

parasites cleanse using good qulity
parasite killing tincture (like
Clarkia )

Liver Flush every 14 days

Probiotics Enema every 5 - 7 days

Rotation-Elimination Diet (this is the most important aspect ... you have to find out what foods you should avoid)
Avoid foods that most often cause gas.
Foods that cause gas in most people are:
- beans (almost any beans)
- nuts (especially cashew, macademia, peanuts and pistacio)
- vegetable like leeks, garlic, cabbage, brussel sprouts
- canned foods and processed foods
- foods with
preservatives (almost all

- grapes and many other fruits
