Would you expect to flush any chaff when taking Chinese Bitters every day? If it is cleaning out the liver, would it get rid of anything that is clogging it up?- Re: Do you get chaff with Chinese Bi... shelleycat

This is a reply to # 517,151there was a post quite recently where someone had released chaff afer taking Gold Coin Grass and doing Yoga.
Chinese Bitters may do the same thing, but it is doubtful that it would do it enough to be noticeable? I love chinese Bitters, as it does help cleanse the liver, but it does not work specifically to break up your stones like GCG does. It does help to release fat and other toxins, tho, so theoretically it's possible. :) It would most likely happen after a high-fat meal forces the liver to release bile. - I havn't noticed any chaff BUT MidlothianGirl

This is a reply to # 517,151I did pass some mucoid plaque looking stuff about three days after taking it. It was black as tar and one long corkscrew that had to be 10-12 inches long. Picture about 5 large cursive "e's" and that's EXACTLY what it looked like.
I have passed mucoid plaque before and this is what it looked like. I think it was compacted liver toxins or something. I had a lot of black bowel movements after taking the bitters, so I know it was purging and doing it's job. As for actual chaff, not so sure. I do know that it probably helps flushing go more smoothly as it strengthens the liver; the stronger the liver, the better the flush.

I have never heard of anyone passing mucoid plaque while taking chinese bitters. This is a first for me, but I guess anything is possible. I have taken the coptis with the bitters and have noticed constipation but I was forwarned by Julia Chang that due to more bile action this may happen. I have ALWAYS had a problem with constipation, so I wish I could have had the same reaction you had. I will be starting the coptis tonight and the bitters in the morning. I rushed off to church this morning so I forgot to take the bitters. I agree a strong liver will have more success flushing out stones, so I will start flushing after a taking the bitters for a while and finally getting more serious and consistant with cleansing & unclogging my bowel.
Wish me luck, I am going to start on Colosan then I will do the P&B shakes. P&B first then psyllium 2 more times a day. I heard from I believe yemeya or hopinso that they only add the Bentonite once a day then only psyllium for the other shakes that day.

This is a reply to # 517,173Keep this in mind, Robbie. I've been doing fasting/ parasite cleansing/colon cleansing for MANY YEARS now. I've done 21 day juice-only fasts with coffee enemas and psyllium, Bentonite clay, etc....
*BUT*, I never knew about liver flushing!!! That is why I truly thank God for leading me here to this place one day after praying with my husband when my body was broken down and everything I ate was giving me allergic reactions. I MEAN EVERYTHING! I woke up after being so discouraged with these two words: LIVER FLUSHING. I had been telling my husband for over a year I knew something was VERY WRONG with my liver, but I didn't know what it was.
Anyway, I'm saying all that to say that the only explanation I have is that I have done so many other fasts and cleanses that it probably was some kind of impacted liver toxins that purged out of my liver and grabbed some colon junk on the way out. But it was so strange looking; just like 5 large cursive e's all strung together. I've never passed anything like that before.
