I am just beginning day 4 - just weighed myself this morning. I have lost about 8.5 pounds. I was about 25 lbs overweight when I started. I've been drinking LOTS of water, and I'm only having 6 (60 oz.) of lemonade a day - 7 if I really need it. I've done the salt water flush twice and am about to try it for the 3rd time. Ilost 4.5 lbs the first day - I think it was because I had so much salt in my diet before, and when I started the diet I all but eliminated salt - I was thinkit was mostly retained water. Anyway - try using less maple syrup if you haven't tried that already, and try reducing the number lemonades you drink per day, and drinking more water instead. Stick with it - I am sure you will see results!
