Dear CureZone friends,
My IP program will come sometime this week. Also BP manager (for my hypertension) was the first thing that I ordered in my personal list of "getting back to health" List two weeks ago but it has not arrived, called them and was told that they shipped at a different (wrong) address. They will ship today and it should arrive soon. I did cold and hot showers begining yesterday for the first time and definitely had an experience just like Suzanne had told me. Cayenne tincture does not seem that bad now though my throat/mouth still burns (I am taking 5 drops 3 times a day right now and will increase slowly to 10 drops).
Since I have hypertension ( w/o medication 145/115) and am presently on Diovan-HCT (160-25 mgs)(will wean on this as soon as I get BP manager and my BP monitor), would it be OK if I do Dr. Schulze 's cold sheet treatment that induces perspiration and I guess increases body heat. I read somewhere on curezone that Epsom Salts bath do the same thing but those who had high blood pressure were warned against doing that treatment. Please advice and give suggestions on this issue!!!!???!!!!
Those of you who have done cold sheet treatment, how do you feel when you go through the process and afterwards?? Is it very messy??

There is another dimension to the food thing these days - Genetically-Modified-Organisms - genetically modified organisms, that we have to watch out for - things like fish DNA being put into tomatoes, etc. Jane Goodall just had a book published that I'm reading through called "Harvest for Hope - A Guide to Mindful Eating." Anyways, for tomatoes, these I would eat organically because there are a lot of Genetically-Modified-Organisms tomatoes on the market - and at this point in time they don't have to be labelled as GMOs. Same thing with corn. Since cucumbers are packed with water like strawberries I would buy the organic ones. Personally, I'm of the opinion that organic everything IS cheaper in the long run - both for the environment and for our health.

I was just wondering about you this morning and am so glad you posted. Please consider posting a daily journal of your IP experience here. Others have done this and
it is valuable for all of us.
I'm so sorry to hear about your BP mis shippment. Also suggest you post your IP/cold sheet treatment as separate post w/IP and cold sheet in the subject. Makes it easier for folks who have done the IP to respond to you vs reading multiple items?
I have no experience w/High BP so I can't help you.

This is a reply to # 548,822Is the cold sheet treatment very messy? No. You have quite a bit of paraphanelia you have to bring into the bathroom with you, but that is easily put away the next day. The only messy part is having to void in your bed. Some people can't make themselves do that and get up to go to the bathroom.
How do you feel? Every person has a personal experience that is unique to them. I got extremely hot, weak, delirious, and had a huge emotional release just after the bath, then a really peaceful time while in bed. Looking back on the experience, that emotional release was a turning point in my healing, so I'm glad it happened the way it did.
Casandra has done lots of CST's and can probably share a lot of insight with you.

The cold sheet treatment is not messy, but you need to be prepared. My mom would make my tea and garlic enema while I prepared the bed with the sheets. I also had a big plastic table cloth I used underneath it all so my bed would not get wet.
I would then draw the bath while my mom put the sheets in the ice. Then you get in and sip your tea which is really crucial so you don't get dehydrated and also to raise your temperature. I tried to completely emerse myself in the bath, however my tub was small.
I found it useful to put a towel around my head to keep the heat in. I got cold after about 4 hours and was shivering so I then got up and cleaned everything up.
I felt very emotional and then more relaxed than I have ever experienced. The next day I was very tired and weak so plan ahead to not have much on your plate for the next day.
I do not think this will affect your BP. I am not a doctor but it did not affect me in any way.
I never had colors on my sheet. I was pretty detoxified by the time I did it and not on any medications. I bet if I did it now after doing chemo it would be a rainbow. My mom actually suggested I do it again for this very reason. I may, when I feel stronger.
Just do it. You will hate it but love it all at the same time.
I am cheering for you. I sense you are a bit prone to being a perfectionist and you may need to let go some. The Incurables Program is trial and error. You need to just jump in. I know you will feel better. I want you well. So forget about mess and having things uber-organized. Get to it!
