Hey Y'all!

My Christmas this year was anything but fun. It sucked. My husband came down with the BIG BAD FLU a day or two before Christmas and I had never seen him so sick. His temperature would be between 102 and 103 degrees and nothing helped. His Dad, the Dr., helped with a couple of prescriptions for the flu, but NOTHING was making him better. (Now, let me back up a little and tell you that my husband is NOT a believer in curezone or Dr. Schulze . He supports me in my belief, however. Once I got him to begin a colon cleanse. That lasted 1 day! Now, I don't mean to make him sound like a terrible person because he isn't. He is really a sweet guy. He just believes in living like most of America does today and when he is sick, he wants immediate relief!)

So, now......Back to my story. He had not eaten ANYTHING in 9 days and yesterday I began to get very concerned. I had bought EVERYTHING ANYONE suggested that might make him better and nothing was working. So, this morning, I woke up MAD AS H*** because he wasn't getting any better. He was in the den lying on the couch and his fever was 102.9 degrees. I then began my speech to him telling him I was getting pretty p***** that he was not getting any better. So, from now on, he was in MY hands and if he wasn't going to eat, I was going to start juicing his food and you know what? He didn't argue. Wow!! BIG STEP FOR SOUTHERN BELLE! If you knew him, that was a MAJOR step. So, I flew into the kitchen and juiced carrots and apples. What he didn't know was I added a bunch of SuperTonic in it and 2 cloves of raw garlic. He drank it and I then went to work. I came home at noon to find his temperature was 103.5 and I juiced a Watermelon and MADE him drink ALL of it. Then more carrot juice, but this time I added 8 cloves of raw garlic. He wanted to know what made the carrot juice so spicy and I told him I didn't know......

So, I came home early this afternoon to find him sitting up and NO FEVER!!!!!!!!!!! He said the medicine he got from his Dad must finally be working. HA!!! Do I have a news flash for him! It's not the freaking pills, dude!! It's the GARLIC!!! You know, garlic acts like a Pac Man when it gets in your body gobbling up bacteria! I just didn't know it would work THAT fast. His whole body smells like garlic. In fact, my whole house smells like garlic, so I guess it's coming out of his pores.

Right now, he is sleeping so soundly. Before tonight, he was talking all the time in his sleep and moaning and groaning. I just hope I will be able to get in a couple more cloves before he is on to me!
