i live in oregon where the streets are very hilly so it makes good excercise to tone and lose wieght.everyday i walk down to the river and back,about 1 mile,but because of the hills i get a better work out then if it were a flat area.i drink alot of water and i dont eat after 7.i have lost 40 lbs this in 4 months,that was last year and i havent gained it back.dieting messes with your metabolisium so that losing almost becomes impossible.
