Unfortunately I have very limited access to organic, living in Mexico. I have done extensive juicing with available produce, just washing well and soaking in a good produce wash solution. I peel stuff like cucumbers and beets, and try to retain peels on things I can get really clean by brushing and soaking, like carrots.

If I DID have access to organic... I would pay the price! Pesticides and chemical fertilizers notwithstanding, organic produce has SIGNIFICANTLY higher levels of nutrients like minerals, up to double! Washing what's on the outside is a small part of the organic difference.

Whatever you are juicing, have a great cleanse!
