I can only suggest to all of you who are asking so many questions that you get the books that are recommended and do the preparation for a water fast. Several good posts are available. Read all of hopinso's posts. She's spent hours going over and over the same material. Water Fasting isn't something you just do. Read all the previous posts, get the books, do what they say.
