1 the rate i lost in the first 2 months i lost aroundthe majority 63-65 pounds
oh no i wasnt bored lol im a singer so i was in media training the whole time or in the recording studio flying places i kept my self busy and everytime i felt hungry i would drink water or some crystal light i think people starting figuring out i was loosing weight rapidly so they figured i wasnt eating people didnt really know that i was fasting but they were asking me what i was doing within the first 2 weeks well kind of i have a tredmill here but you dont need that you should at least try and walk around the block a few times a week like 3-4 times i guess but trust me you will know when you cant do that anymore it does take a strain off you and since i was loosing weight so rapidly you must do strength training like lifting if its even apple juice cans or 5 pounds weights. i got alot of sleep but i found i was as tired as i was when i was heavier the first 2 months i was mostly excited cause i got a new deal and i couldnt sleep lolbut other than that it should give you more energy.


other tips i can recommend is listen to your body lol vommiting plays a huge role in this whole adventure you feel nauseas when you start feeling like you want to throw up you need to drink something a bit sweet like some apple juice and start throwing away your bigger clothes what i did was buy clothes that were like 2 sizes too small and hang them up in my closet then that would be my goal or if you cant go out and shop all the time buy the first thing you want to wear when you get down to your goal size and put it in your closet and look at it everyday and tell yourself imma fit into that thang this summer yeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaw lol

Your an inspiration to me and I'm going to be starting my water and juice fast tomorrow! I have 155lbs left to go, I was 360 I'm now 316 so to finally get rid of the last chunk will make me happier and healthier! Any tips to keep me more motivated? I also smoke so will the smoking effect my results in a negative way? If so that will be a habit I will get rid of!
