Just writting to give you all an update.

Some info I really wanted to give you ASAP:

-Yes I eliminated all grains... the most damaging thing is white flour. That was a major step, but it's somewhat worthless if you don't do complete cleansing and heal what needs to be healed.
-Most people DONT understand that they may have Leaky Gut (probably all of the people with Seb Derm, Acne, Psoriasis, etc). Nothing will really be permanent until you heal this major problem. Leaky gut is REAL.
-The key to everything is digestion (give your body things highly in nutrients and easy to digest. Take real, potent enzymes like Digest / Digest Gold from enzymedica (I think this was the key to healing my gut)
-Take SeaGest o SeaCure, predigested marine protein shown in clinical trials to heal the gut in an efficient maner.
-Don't use regular multivitamins... I take the best one, predigested and food based: Living Multi.
-Drink Yogi Tea (DeTox), for about 16 days, have a break and then continue.
-When your colon is clean and your digestion is fully restored, you don't need fiber... fiber ferments... so just get the normal amounts of fiber you get like from fruits and veggies. If you have a problem, take triphala... ask the experts. Clean until you are 100% clean and do maintenance.
- There are many techniques to help yourself: NLP, meditation, EFT, etc. USE THEM, they're tools to reach your goals.
- Focus on a real healing diet, SCD or even better: the paleo diet (with a cleaner approach: no chemicals, no milk, etc).
- You don't need CRAP food, you may easly substitute with healthy snacks... there are so many of them that you can't never get bored.

Now I only eat corn tortillas from time to time...


If you decide to go into a regimen to heal, you must be 100% comitted to it, not 99%. To get the most of the benefits from Liver Flush ing, ALWAYS do a Colon Cleanse ... If you are using Oxypowder DO the full cleanse, and use it 1-2 nights before the next flush.

Am I done flushing? NO... I still need to keep doing it... I started having orange stools a few days ago (possibly a major blockage) and then flushed and they returned to normal! much much darker. Had good bowel movements.

Can you go into detain about the white spots? I have a few on my face and alot on my back. They are not raised at all and I cant feel them, they just look like white skin, is this the same as yours? What if I am grain free all week and cheat once a week?

Did you experience any hair loss with the sebhorraic dermatitis? I'm going through some hair loss now and am extremely suspicious at this point that candida is causing, or at least severely agravating, the problem. I also have Acne on my back (though not so much on my face oddly enough), and the odd thing is that I only notice hair fall-out when my scalp itches, and whenever my scalp itches, I always get concurrent inflammation and itching on other parts of my body as well (like a little eczema flare-up on my arms or an Acne break-out on my back).

This is why I think this is all related and that candida may be the root cause (as opposed to standard male pattern baldness). I still have a ton of hair left and so far only I can tell that I seem to be balding, so I want to try to figure this out and halt or reverse the process as soon as possible.

I reckon you hit the nail on the head. Many people who suffer with I.B.S also have a variety of skin problems, & wheat is usually the culprit. The intolerance to gluten in the gut causes inflammation which produces tiny cracks in the gut wall. Instead of absorbing nutrients from digested food the poor IBS sufferer has an increasing invasion of candida spores,fermenting gases,& bacteria entering his system which overload the liver & manifest in the largest organ ,the skin.

The original grain used to make bread is called SPELT & is highly nutritive compared to wheat, & contains minimum gluten, but because it is difficult to dehusk in the refinement process it has been replaced by this dangerous cheap to process wheat.
SPELT Bread & flour is not cheap, but offers a great alternative ! Available in most health stores.
If you wish to reduce the inflammation & leaky gut quickly so that your skin can repair, I can think of nothing better than the Xanthones in Mangosteen juice. They seem to work on Psoriasis also.

When you say you cut out all grains, does this mean all gluten- containing grains, or ALL grains?

So, no brown rice, now unrefined steel-cut oatmeal?

I am a vegetarian (almost vegan) and grains are a good percentage of my diet. Without grains now, what will I subsist on?

What about sugar? Was this not a problem for you?

This feeds yeast that exacerbate LGS. Can I eat my fresh fruit?

Hi Arkantos and others here,
I saw some posts here that claim to have found "cures" for sebderm. I have suffered for SebDerm for about 6 yrs now (i am 30) and it has taken a toll on my emotional health. I have tried a lot of stuff and nothing seems to work well for me.
Arkantos post seems very confident about a cure consisiting of cleaning-gut. However I have been tested and never found allergic to gluten or dairy.
One other post in this forum suggested vitamin C as the cure (by seriouskiller).
Another one yet suggested a mix of MSM, zinc carnosine, and biotin as the cure.

My question is, are you guys really sure of these things as "cures"? Did such stuff really "cure" your SD? If so, then how come doctors dont approve of such or conside SebDerm a problem you will have to learn to live with although one could keep it under control using various sorts of products.
I will be really intersted in hearing from you guys. Thanks.

Bowel cleanse link in your post mentions Dr Hulda Clark . Internet seach on her yields the following link that paints such stuff in a negative light. what to believe?
