MoreThis is a reply to # 72,913Tomatoes and potatoes are classified as "Nightshade" vegetables (acidic?). As far as legumes, I find that certain ones are more acidic than others. I try to keep my diet as alkaline as possible.

This is a reply to # 72,946Dr. David Williams (www.drdavidwilliams.com) is what you might call an international cure investigator and publishes a newsletter. In his MAY 20002 issue volume 9 number 11, He outlines the importance of the proper PH and talks about the importance of BAKING SODA in remineralizing our bones and even lists about 25 food categories to alkalize our body. I am new to this site and am also wondering about the connection PH can have with ELECTROLYTES (minerals). Post any new info you find. Maybe we can both get something started.
