hi girls,
welcome aboard, i'm on my 7th day but on friday and sunday i had a few raw fruit n veggies as i was so hungry.....i am not worried about this as i know it still is only a slight calorie intake and also, i believe it helps to trick my metabolism after it has slowed down from fasting (seems to for me anyway). i have lost 10 lbs up to now and hit 159 this morning so am into the 150's now.....woohoo! :)
