Your information Hanna, as usual is very welcome. I have learned the hard way, that not only is everyone (myself specifically) different, we do not stay the same all the time, either. Some times, I have to eat something, as told by my body, that I do not usually eat. This may last for a day, or a week, or sometimes months, then my body lets me know I can stop eating it. I am hoping, now that I am feeling so good with Fruit only, that my body will tell me easier, and sooner, so I do not have to wait until something happens to make the changes needed obvious.

I have returned to meats a few times in my life, and every time, it feels good for a very short time, then I start to notice the effects of rotten flesh in my colon. The length of time I eat meat, now, compared to a long time ago, is far shorter - this time, a couple of months made obvious problems for me. But, we really are all different - What is good for me, is very bad for someone else, and vice versa. Fortunately for me, I am mated with someone who is more like me, in all ways, than anyone I have otherwise met. She can eat what I eat, respond to cures, and food the same way. I am a lucky guy.

Its helpful to study what the western investigators have revealed on what an organism needs to exist(healthily). One of the most succesful creatures at eating is the termite. The micro organisms in their GI tracts actually break down celulose , which we cannot evan begin to utilise,into components that their systems use to build proteins and also create energy.
Creating proteins and creating energy is what organisms do, the reletive diferences in organisms being the factors that determine what each can or not use succesfully.
To each their own may be a respectful motto however to carry it to an indivdual degree would place such confusion on the predicament of living that we would end up with varying degres of confusion and suffering based on infinite possibilites. Tho this paradigm is tenable, if we consider that we really want to avoid suffering more than we want to have a good meal it creates just what goes on as we ramble around trying so many differnt approaches to our basic predicament, because we are basing it on some individual concept which is as changable as the weather and thus err to temporay understanding vs incontrvertable understanding. Our seeming differences are based on our ability or inability to deal with pain and created sufering more than they are based on genitic need. If we ,thru generations evan, pursue incorrect diet habits it should be no wonder we find it a long process to regain basic health/ ballance.Thus we think we have differnces when actually we are just trying to lessen our suffering as we propell our selves toward a state of peace as organisms.

I am not so much dissagreeeing with Mercola as I am clarifying why his concept seems to have reletive validity as opposed to basic validity.

So not as a debate, there werent evan Debate Forums originally, but just more data as we unravel this delima we have found ourselves in.

Our bodies health affected by the extra components we imbibe, over a lifetime and over generations, as much as how assimable/available the needed protein builders and energy creators are.

Garbage in, garbage out. To each his choice of what and how much garbage is allowed, as we clear thru the maze of pain vs pleasure.

Its still humorous how we go from source to source looking for some comfortable answer to what we experience because we refuse to own up to the possibility that what we experience is ok and the lesson is in understanding and allowing the experience to exist so that we can fully understand the root of our disagrement.

Its like how the most powerful rarely share diet requirments, political positions or identity perscriiptions because its all so perfect as it is, its how much we add to the mix that is our delima.
