i've read the book of fasting by the same author as Eat to Live. I will try to find that book too.

I think the reason people have so many problems is that most of us grew up learning about our health from media generated health bites that forever end with the advice that if your problem goes beyond anything other then a sniffle to seek the help of a health professional.

There is no one here to "supervise" us. She is much more aware of her body then most people because of her diabetes. I am with her 24 hours a day if there is a problem.

I was just wondering how someone could not eat and still not lose wieght and if perhaps this is an indication of the problem she might have.
