I thought you were 20 something........At least you act like it and that's a compliment. You act young and sound young, so I bet you will stay young!

As far as oil pulling benefiting the facial muscles, I think it does and I need all the help I can get these days!

It just makes sense to me that with all that swishing, you are using facial muscles and any muscles that use when working out usually become a little tighter!

That's the area I'm seeing (I think) minor improvement..;lines around chin and jowl area. I'm 59 and gravity is doing its number...but this could definitely be a much appreciated added perk! 6 months down the road should be interesting....seems like most of the people on this board are relative newbies....anyone have some logevity with this practice?

You have "slight" laugh lines? That made me laugh because I am beginning to have a few more "slight" laugh lines than I used to, but now I will just use your word. I like the word "slight."
