There is an order to the cleanses, the purpose of which is to get the elimination channels working properly:

If you use herbal products, it's perfectly safe to do them as follows:

colon cleanse - do this week one, find your dose for "going" 3 -5 times daily

kidney cleanse - week 2, continue colon cleansing, add the kidney cleanse

parasite cleanse - week 3, continue the colon and kidney, add the parasite cleanse daily

liver/gallbladder cleansing - by the end of week 4, you should have the first 3 working and can start on your liver ... this is 2 part ... first you get the congestion out of the liver and gallbladder with flushing, Hulda Clark protocol WORKS. After you're relatively clean, you can safely start detoxing the liver on a cellular level with herbs. On flush days, stop the other suppliments. do the flushes every 2-4 weeks until you have clean flushes.

lymph cleansing ... this is dry skin brushing, walking, rebounding, chi-machine and sitz bathing

lung cleansing gets the mucus build up out of the lungs and, again, if using all herbal products, one can continue right along.

heavy metal cleansing ... i take chlorella daily for this ... along with all the above mentioned.

yeast cleansing ... i've not put myself thru the torture of the things i've read, but my symptoms continue to deminish as i take efa oils and have cut white Sugar and white flour out of my diet.

full body cleansing ... juice fasting ... i'm building up the days of oj fasting each month ... started with just 2 days ... end of this month will be my 5day oj fast. i take my suppliments while fasting.

not sure what you are asking. does everyone need what? the flush or the cleanse? i would do both, regardless. nearly everyone's liver is overtaxed these days.
