Well I've made it to day 6. I don't think I could have done it without this site! Today I feel like I am having hunger pains. I'm not going to crack- but if anyone has any tips for this I would be greatful.
I actually did some housework yesterday and today. I am going very slowly, but I'm getting it done. I cheated and pulled out the scale today... I've lost 10 lbs so far! I put it away so I would become obsessed with it.
I am soooo craving some chicken noodle soup, some hot wings, cereal, and cheese... If I could just smell them I'm sure I would have an olfactory meal on them. My husband is out of town so I emptied the house of all food so I wouldn't break. Luckily our downstairs neighbors cook the most wonderfully fragrant foods every night- so it helps to smell it.
