I do believe that we are all killing cancer cells all the time - when we are healthy and cleansed it is sooooo much easier - one doesn't have to think about it.

That you changed your diet (Oh sometimes it's soooo simple, isn't it?!) and stuck with it after 3 years is excellent! I guess why go back when you feel so much better in soooo many different ways? That is smart.

So good to know that you had got cancer beat!! Raw foods are suppose to be good and Dr Dorian Day is another who got her cancer beat with raw foods and now a strong proponent of it. Dr Day also focus on colon/bowel cleansing as she believes that most health issues arise from an unhealthy colon/bowel.

I believe passionately that another option that you can take to prevent recurrance of cancers especially breast, prostate, bowel and skin would be to use flax hulls. Flax hulls contain high levels of a botanical lignans (also found in most plants but flax hulls has the most) called secoisolariciresinol glucoside or SDG. SDG is converted into mammalian lignans called enterodiol (ED) and enterolactone (EL) in the bowel by friendly bacteria before the body can absorb them. ED and EL are powerful antioxidants and great free radical scavangers. They will boost the immune system significantly.

Tests and studies conducted by various institutions and particularly the University of Toronto has demonstrated that SDG, ED and EL are indeed effective for the treatment and prevention of breast cancers. They are also very effective in eliminating estrogen lumps since they mimic estrogen in the body. In this regard, they are most useful for women going through menopause with hot flashes. They create hormonal balance replacing HRT.

Together with LB12 (a very strong and good probiotic) and Maitake mushrooms (blend of 8 mushrooms), these 3 products are and will be effective for cancer treatment. So nice to hear that you are doing well. Diet and lifestyle changes are so important for your overall health. It is unfortunate that people only learn of these things after disease strikes. There are several other avenues you may wish to explore, especially on the level of actually killing the cancer (as opposed to preventing it thru diet and lifestyle). Some alternative therapies you might want to check out are artemisinin (chinese Wormwood ) therapy, Rife frequency therapy, Pau D'arco tea, cesium supplements (to alkalinize), and bloodroot therapy. Dr. Len Horowitz has a product, called C-Cure, that is based on this. Very effective for all types of cancer, although a bit harsh on the stomach.
