I can remove the brown stains (from smoking) on my teeth after an OP session.
- Use the contour part of any metal tooth pick, or stain remover pick (I don't know what you call it but I bought it at the counter for tooth care. It has hard rubber/abrasive little head).
- Dip the end of the pick into baking soda & wet it with some cooking oil (I use vco from dropper bottle)
- Rub the pick on the stain for 2-5 minutes. The stain will come off as small brown pieces.
Cleaning the teeth is so much easier after an OP session, maybe the oil make everything softer (including tartar). Now if only I can find another tool to fit into those hard to reach spots.
The toothbrush is useless for cleaning tartar or smoking stains. The miswak makes brushing painful, my gums are not used to it.
