In the UK, Higginson's syringes can be bought form medical supplies companies. I bought my last one from Boulton Brothers, some years ago. Also, your GP can prescribe one, and your local pharmacist will supply it on the NHS. Or, you can simply order one from your local pharmacy - it does not need a doctor's prescription.

In my early 70s here. Gotten and given enemas my entire life. I attribute my good health now to the enema.
