Has anyone loss weight using acv and honey? I found a recipe on earthclinic
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
32oz of water
2 Tablespoons Of honey
There's a lot of Testimonials on earthclinic, but I haven't seen any on curezone.
I like to know if this really works, if you have loss weight, doing this, please let me know. How long did you do it? And how much weight did you lose?

MoreThis is a reply to # 860,098I know very little about this, 76796, except a story that my husband tells.
In the 1930's - '40's, he knew twin sisters. One was roundish, and the other was painfully thin, so much so that she died very young.
His memory of the story is that the thin one had taken to vinegar, to some degree, and had gibbled her metabolism. She couldn't regain a normal weight, after.
There is no way of telling what she actually did, at this late date.
Probably her vinegar was white, and probably she ate some other things at the same time...but we'll never know what.
Maybe you could write to Braggs, and ask what they think. Surely they would have a hint or two.

MoreThis is a reply to # 860,114I haven't lost any weight yet, but I have only recently started. But it does help curb my appetite, so that is promising and I would think the increased energy I get would also help burn some calories.

Eat small amounts of the best foods, often, as you go. Maybe give it a rest sometimes. Perhaps even stop entirely, once you have your new eating program well established.
Use your best instincts and caution...always.
Sometimes we get weird ideas what our weight 'should' be. Get input from those who love you deeply, and professional healthcare people, and listen.
Health, forever, is your greatest asset...worth gold and diamonds...no matter your appearance.
We seldom see the beauty in ourselves that others delight in. But it's there, just the same. Trust in that.

Don't forget to check with the Bragg's people. They have been making a quality product for years, because they know their stuff, and care about people's health.
They could make a cheaper product, and make more money...but they don't.
