Check out the Sea Buckthorn oil section of this site though! Really wild...Anyone care to do a bit of research on this stuff to see if it's something we should post about?

I think Flax seed is like any other potent product of nature; ie, how was it raised? conventional productions will be contaminated with chemicals; how was it manufactured? conventional process may be contaminated with asbestos, wood alcohol, etc.; How much should be used? a kinesiologist can answer that for the individual - no need to guess. This is a first for me; Where did you read that flax oil kills they thyroid? Was a specific "brand" indicated?

The Bach remedies can afford miraculous results. I think it's important to determine "your flower" and use it extensively until the desired changes are realized. My husband is the OAK type. He was near exhaustion when I discovered that he needed the essence. Upon using it sublingual and on his body {there is a body-map atlas for Bach} he immediately recovered from the state of exhaustion. My type is Sweet Chestnut, my 3yr granddaughter's type is Aspen {she is a precocious child laced with temper tantrums} she is a happier toddler now.

Find oil essences that are pure - Young Living is the first and most famous of these, but there are others now - mostly in Europe, but readily available. I am using whitelotusaromatics.com.

I/we have discovered that the molecules of oils ie, oregano, grape-seed-extract can be bottle-copied into distilled water. These can be used in the eyes and anywhere for the full benefit without the side effects such as burning.

I have heard and read that flax seed oil kills the thyroid. This would be a problem for me since I'm on Lugols and kelp and am trying to kick START my thyroid!

I have been trying the Bach's remedies, but have not noticed any changes or effects from it. I was really hoping for it to help with insomnia and stress.

Not sure where to buy hyssop oil, fir oil, etc. Just search online? Are some of these just essential oils or something else?

My oregano oil is from North American Herb & Spice which is from the wild oregano in the middle east. Good stuff! I actually use a drop of it on my toothbrush with my toothpaste!
