Alcohol beneficial during Liver Flushing?
I've noticed that before big pharma, Beer was the medicine of choice for virtually every ailment and used daily by almost all working men of the past (In the 1820s, Americans drank seven gallons of alcohol per person annually. It's 2.5 today) rates that would make people think you're an alcoholic by today's standards, yet they are the same men who were more physically active, healthier, shockingly high testosterone despite modern views that phytoestrogen in hops causes lower T levels, lived into their 90s, and pointed to by most now as the ideal we want to return to. Responsible Alcohol use is an effective painkiller and an obvious rival to pharma companies as responsible drinking has almost no side effects compared to prescription drugs, in fact moderate drinkers live longer on average than those who abstain. But what about liver stones and flushing, Andreas Moritz was anti-alcohol for most of the same reasons stated by pharma "Liver disease!" "it forms gallstones" and while there's studies showing alcohol is not good for the liver, there's actually some studies that differ, in fact one study I found really peaked my interest:

The German poet Goethe (1749-1832) is a good example of this idea, he cured himself during an illness on nothing but beer everyday until his symptoms diminished. With all this information and the potential benefit of moderated alcohol for the intense negative emotions and stress (cortisol will shorten life) that are triggered around Liver Flushes as well as physical pain from stones moving, I am curious what other Liver Flusher's thoughts on moderate drinking and Liver Flushing might be.

Severe pain in legs.
Having Severe pain both legs the last two months. I cant figure out what happened. It started 2 or 3 months agen the inside of my left though neat the ground started hurting badly. I could barely walk. After q days it went Way.
It came back again for a day or two and went away. The next thing I know my hip, top of thigh, knee and skin where hurting terribly.
About a month in my right hip started to hurt really bad.too. Now both of legs hurt incredibly bad. The doctor did x rays and said Inhas np bone problems and gave me ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. These have dont absolutely nothing as I suffer every day. I've even had to stand up in the bathroom and #2 on the floor because I wasn't able to sit down on the toilet. Itanvery bad, please hwlp!-

Based on what I have read you are full of inflammation, and how you described you would have the pain for a couple of days and it would go away for a day or two and then come back. I would 100% start with the colon... the first thing I would do if this was me would be empty out the bowels. Cascara Sagrada can be bought at Walmart for five bucks. I would take two capsules around 3 to 5 p.m. in the afternoon. It normally takes about eight hours to push everything out and usually in the morning after you have your morning drink. And this is where you need to begin, one of the first things a person gets when they go to the hospital with this type of inflammation is potassium. You can obtain this potassium by totally saturating your system with, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water. We have to get you opened up. We have to get you opened up and we have to get you saturated with potassium. I do understand that you are having problems going to the bathroom but I'm assuming you may have intermittent pain, but regardless that Colin's going to have to get empty. I had a student recently that had the same information but it was in her arms. The problem that she had was she was taking cascara for two or three times and she was still not being able to clean her: so we have to start there first. So empty the waste and plead the system with potassium. This would be the starting spot and I would not even make any other recommendations till this was done and to see where you're at at that point. I would not put any heavy fibers through my colon at this point, I would try to stay as liquid as possible, or at least very soft foods Jell-O puddings and such if it comes down to you have to have something. Other than what's in the juice I would stay away from any raw sugars because raw Sugar feeds cancer, and a lot of other inflammatory issues. You should start seeing Real Results as soon as you start dumping the bowel and the flashing of potassium's begins. I would also if you have one in your area make a visit to a solid chiropractor and let him a gesture bone skeleton. And this is where we have to start. I'm answering all this without knowing what your daily diet is, but whatever your daily diet has been in the last few months has got to stop. Until the problem is found. If you have any soda addiction, it's going to need to stop because a lot of times people's addictions to stuff like Mountain Dew and dr. Pepper I have seen these types of situations. I've seen these kind of conditions over the years so I'm just going to throw some words out here, just in case it may run in your family, muscular sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis , leukemia, liver disease, diabetes, gout, Parkinson's disease. I actually read this last night so I put quite a bit of thought into this before I decided to give any recommendation. I'm sure ask Barefoot will give you a response today, he has been my teacher for 20 years so it will be very interesting to see what the teacher says, I would also be interesting to know if you have any swelling in your face. Nene swelling under the eyes or upper cheek bones area. That would tell me a lot. If I had pictures of your eyes and I would also tell me a lot. So clean the gut and flood the system with potassium. What you get the system empty then you can see where you're at. Something is causing severe inflammation. I just gave this protocol out to local and I just seen this protocol work, and hopefully whatever it is, it's just the beginning stages and it can be reversed. -

when I get severe pain I notice its caused by my migrating parasites. one remedy I have found is massaging black seed oil mixed with dmso and ivermectin daily it cured my extreme arthritis. if it is from parasites this remedy should work. there is also this amazing cbd mentholated volcano oil that helps a lot with stuff like that as well. hope you find some relief.

I've had enough of this chronic fatigue and pain. Having issues with my liver, is this because of biofilm related infection?
Hello, for about 10 years I’ve been struggling with chronic fatigue and systemic pain along with various food sensitivities (can not eat any sugars/carbs/or starches). I’ve had numerous tests all come back inconclusive about any sort of parasite/fungal/bacterial infections and not so convincing results from metal tests. I am losing my mind because no one seems to be able to give me an answer anywhere I look. I’ve had a comprehensive stool test come back positive for an increased amount of pseudomonas aeruginosa. I’ve also had numerous blood tests come back with low neutrophils signifying some sort of infection.
Any time I took natural antimicrobials it would work for a good several weeks and I would start to feel better, then all of a sudden just stop working and my body would start to degenerate again. It's so frustrating because I'm consumed by brain fog/chronic fatigue and constant pain in my limbs/joints/eyes and my abdomen is always sore. I’ve had a sibo test done and it came back just slightly above normal (according to the test it resulted in still being considered “positive”) for methane-based gas. Now I’ve read that this could be contributed to poor liver function and various other things going on causing methane build up that would also be associated with ibs (which I also have. Lots of difficulty with having regular smooth BM). The doctor I was seeing at the time didn’t seem to concerned over it and concluded that it would be fine for me to even take probiotics.
It was suggested to me by someone on this very forum that it could potentially be biofilm related (which wouldn’t surprise me because I’ve had a rather extensive history of Antibiotic use). About a couple months ago I started taking NAC (1500mg per day) or rotated with a blend of enzymes from a product called biofilmX by vita-aid. Designed to specifically dissolve biofilms. It seemed that the first few weeks were pretty astonishing. I had felt a lot of positive feedback and started taking natural antimicrobials again and started noticing that I was gradually feeling better, albeit very slowly and a lot more sluggish feeling overall (I’m assuming this biofilm is releasing toxins into my system or something). My BMs were doing better and I wasn’t feeling exhausted to the point of passing out every day. Fast forwards a couple of months and I’m starting to notice my bms are once again difficult to pass, and I’m particularly getting a lot of floating/greasy stools almost every day along with infrequent pains in my liver that come and go. I’m starting to get a lot of brain fog again and my energy is once again depleting. I’ve been taking 6 liver support pills that contain milk thistle, schisandra, artichoke, dandelion and beat a day before meals a long with the occasional Swedish bitters. It’s the same damn cycle all over again. I start to get better then all of a sudden a switch clicks off and I start spiraling…
Does anybody have any insight as to what is going on? I’ve never really delved into biofilm related stuff before and no medical professional I’ve talked to seems to have any idea about how to address biofilms. I’ve read that you shouldn’t self diagnose with biofilm because it can become extremely complicated. But I have nowhere else to turn and this seems like it might be the missing key to what I’ve been trying to accomplish for so long. Is there any test I can even do to figure out what biofilms if any that I have?
