update in a whole year

I was itchy free for a while after the trip,(so I did not ask for any medicine), and now start to have a little bit on my arm , and seldom on my body.
I read on paper that some thread like worms, or bacteria, or fungus will thrive under certain condition, for me, I think is lack of VB. My husband and daughter have acnes, I have not, so if we go on trips(mostly in the states), I'll be rash free , benefit of more sunshine, or clean water?
Anyway, I'm light hearted now, since for 8 years, only last year I was itch free for a while. I usually had itch after I touched water. I suspect recycled water is very bad.I know China does not recycle water. Did you try travel a little,to ocean, or places with lots of flowing water, when usual scabies cure does not work?? we have a man made lake here, I swimmed once in it when I first came here, got really sick. I suspect the water makes me sick.
I always put a bit ACV in bath tub, use only olive oil soap.(for hair, I add borax, and rinse with salt and white veniger),I use olive oil for dry not itch skin,use ACV if itchy, I put veniger to vacuum carpet.in take VB, calcium, multi V, enzyme(if bad digestion or dihrrea).
I'm not a doctor, but I wish this will help people who has the same situation .

I know if I sit on grass when it's warm spring or fall, I'll get rashes, I suspect that something out there just makes me allergic to it, and it might trigger severe whole body reaction, and my mission now is to prevent it, with the help of American .
