Thanks Ali, I had no idea of the moderating history, and you've given a great history lesson. I have had a couple of emails from other mods here, offering help if I need it, so hopefully I wont feel so alone when the next sticky moderating issue comes up.

It is very frustrating for people if they have no recourse when they have a problem with a moderator, and this is what leads to these long involved disputes on CZ in my humble opinion.

Human nature is what it is, but it doesn't mean we should tolerate the worst of it.

lol, my skin gets thicker by the day :) I can be a bit of a Jack Russell, but sometimes staying power is exactly what's needed.
