Hi Shelley,

I am having a crisis at the moment, i was going so so so well with Diet etc but on the friday i went to a BBQ had a few drinks and about 10 cigarettes then on Sat i had about 15 cigarettes and about 6 drinks and greasy take out..i went to bed and then on Sun io woke up and suddenly got all cold and shivery and my eyesight lost sharpness, my boyfriend lost definition in his face so did everything else around me it only lasted about 10 mins but it was really scary..i also needed to vomit...and had diarhea...do you think it was something serious or just a build up of toxins..i am really worried that there is something serious wrong...
