How awesome that you're starting today. I wish you so much luck! I hope you did well. Truthfully, if you can survive the first 3-5 days you've got it made. After that amount of time I don't usually have food cravings, or if I do, they're not as severe. I am 5'7 and I like to stay around the 130 mark. Any less than that and my family thinks I'm anorexic and anything more than that I'm not comfortable with. Just try to stay strong and stay away from food for a few days and it will get easier, I promise! :) Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
