So what do you think this means about the dark leafy greens -- that we should limit intake of them? I actually know a raw foodist of 20 years who has not eaten greens in all those years and swears they are of no use to the human body, but I didn't believe him. But sometimes I wonder what it's all about. And what about the bluegreen algaes? I think I have heard people say they have the B12 analogs too. I don't really know what that means but I'm guessing it is like being "faked out"???
