I remember you = ) ...I was reading one of your responses to someone concerning cleansing and losing weight..You mentioned something about people always saying you'd gain weight & it never happened...The same exact thing happened to me. It was so close to what I've been through, I could have written the post myself. I wanted to respond too, but it was an old post. So it's nice to hear from someone who not only does the same cleanses and has health issues, but who understands how being underweight factors in when it comes to cleansing and eating healthy.

It sounds like an excellent idea to do a master cleanse together. I plan to do 3-4 per year...I was thinking 3 10-16 day cleanses and another 40, but I'm flexible...lol. I really wanted someone to do this one with, but started on a Thursday since I was too impatient to wait for the weekend crowd :) 22 days is still awesome. I'm just finishing my 22nd day and I think it would be a successful cleanse if this were my last day. What kind of changes did you see in your health after your cleanse?

As far as feeling sick after a flush, I have an idea why that could have happened. When your liver releases stones, they are toxic. They contain mercury, old medications, bad chemicals you've inhaled or touched, etc., throughout your whole life that found their way to your liver to keep your body clean. Once they are released into your digestive system, they can wreak havok on your body...Even if you are following the cleanse proceedure like a freak.

You said you got a really good flush and I think that's why you're feeling so sick. Many toxins ran through your body and got through your intestinal and colon walls and back into your bloodstream. Since your body is already in a weakened state from bad health and forcing your galbladder to contract so strongly, the toxins just create more stress for your body and it spends it's time trying not to get worse before it can begin to get better. The toxins weaken your immune system, and essentally every part of your body right down to your cells. I'm not sure if it's mimicking a cold or that you have caught a cold because your body is distressed. That's the downside of having a great flush containing a lot of stones.

How did you get sick a year ago?

I don't think you can stop the symptoms completely after a powerful flush, but your best defense against it would be to do a colonic/colemena or enema at the least, which you said you did. If the enema helped, there might be more in there. You might want to try another 4-6 ounces of an epson salt drink to wash out something that quite possibly might be trapped deeper inside you. It's better to do colenemas before every flush to make sure the coast is clear for the stones to rush through the intestines and colon to be released when the epson salt comes through. The last thing you want is for your epson salt & stones to run into a barracade where the stones cannot get through, but the epson salt is able to seap(sp?) past, leaving the stones trapped there to damage your body. Also, you should do another after the flush to get out any left over stones. As you do more cleanses, you won't feel sick afterwards, only better.

One time I did a cleanse and I thought I got almost nothing. I was so dissapointed, but I did a colonic and got tons of quarter size stones out. I was utterly shocked that they were just sitting in there jammed up and couldn't get out.

One more thing, if you have trouble drinking the olive oil and it sorta goes up your nasal passage as you drink, it can irritate your sinuses. That's happened to me before when I tried to hurry up and gulp it down. I'm not sure if that's it, but it might be...but the fatigue are the toxins that are left in your digestive system and a weakened state from putting your body through a stressful cleanse. I hope some of the things I've said helped a somewhat.
