If you touch your face or pick at it that will spread bacteria and make it worse.
I use a product called arbonne, not for acne but they do have products for it. Arbonne works from the inside out and is 99.9% natural. the less then 1% is for preservation only. I heard a heart touching story about one of the people that used the acne line of Arbonne and was touched by it. i have acne also, its not that bad but im 39 years old and dont think i should still get it. It sounds like you eat very well so keep it up. keep eating those apples, the fresher the better. Me and my sister go to the apple farms and pick fresh apples to eat, they cant get fresher then picking them yourself. i usually get small pimples on my back but since i have been eating fresh apples it seems to have helped quite a bit. I believe you could benefit from arbonne, its simply a great product.
