I thought your article was really good, and I liked how you are stressing the POSITIVE over the NEGATIVE. one positive thing I have found is that herpes helps keep me from having meaningless sex...if I don't feel comfortable enough to tell the guy about my condition, then I'm not ready to be intimite with him. this has helped me be more "intentional" about sex.

that's why I don't quite understand how Hollywood celebrities can seemingly screw everyone/anyone in sight, marry and remarry, and not have a care in the world about STDs. as some others have said on other sites, it would be SO HELPFUL for people like me to hear famous people "come out of the closet" about this...but I guess that's asking a lot, isn't it.
