Finally Faith, I made a big boo boo with a large bag of gorgeous dark green wheatgrass. I have no idea what I was thinking, but I put the whole thing in the FREEZER!!! ACK!!!
This morning, I am looking everywhere in my fridge for this wheatgrass. It's not there. I am confused because I knew I had just bought some. Then I looked in the freezer and Lo! and behold, there it was in all it's frozen glory. Frozen solid.
Is it ruined? Or can I still use it and gain all the properties? I've not thawed it out nor have I juiced it in its frozen state. I wanted to check with you first.
I know some leaves are mushy/slimy when they thaw... that will make this grass unpleasant to handle if that's what'll happen if this bag thaws.
It's apparant I wasn't thinking when I did that. -groan-
Thanks for your help, it's greatly appreciated.
