I was wondering where you had lurked off too. Haven't seen ya around lately. I miss your informative posts.

Fasting is going great. As far as the bf&c capsules go, to tell ya the truth, I haven't felt a bit of difference since taking them. I just finished my bottle and am debating on getting more or not. I do realize that some herbs work over the long run but you would think I would see some benefit from them at this point.

Energy has been very high. I sleep much less yet get more done in a day. I exercise anywhere from an hour to two six days a week, and that is on top of my normal daily work.

I have not noticed that much change in my skin, which leads me to believe I need to do a few more liver flushes. I have only done five or so and I got like 300 stones out last time. I also think this is the reason all the herbal stuff I am taking isn't working that great, my body is just passing it through without assimilating it. So the next battle is cleaning out the poor liver.

I have noticed old lumps have now disappeared but I still have moles and scars. So I guess one cure doesn't always cure up everything if your body isn't working like it is supposed to.
