hi, Ausjulie! The breads we use are NOT raw, however, I have used Ezekiel for a while now because it is made from sprouted wheat rather than processed white flour, and it's had no ill effects for me. It gives me a break from the usual salads. As for the hemp bread, I am in desperation mode because of my hair falling out. Hemp bread, with its 7 grams of protein per slice, works for me right now. As I learn to incorporate protein from raw sources, I'll phase out the hemp bread but will probably eat ezekiel from time to time. Felicia is awesome in the kitchen and will hopefully make us living bread that will replace the hemp and ezekiel! Thanks for your kind comments. :-)
