I deviated a little from my ideal plan, one cup of coffee. However, I'm sticking to the rest of my plan today. My goal is to eat as pure as possible. Not sure how to do this. I need to read Sunfood Success again. Also, no excuses for not exercising today. I don't have much PMS, just bloating and if I put on my sauna suit today, I can get rid of the excess water.

I have some goals for today:

        House related:
        1. clean the kitchenette area
        2. clean the bathroom area
        3. finish the clothes sorting
        4. clean the couch off

        Outside:
        1. tarp for my total gym
        2. run/walk five miler
        3. leg workout

        Myself:
        1. read
        2. type resume to drop off at the hospital tomorrow
        3. catch up with bible reading
        4. pray one decade of the rosary
        5. one series of the five tibetans
        6. do full series of bikram beginner class CDs

--I know that when I keep myself busy, I have no time to eat SAD foods. Today I woke up in a great mood, even though I found a mouse in my toilet. It fell from the ceiling into the toilet. My husband dispatched it to the great field in the sky (it was a field mouse) and was going to flush it down but I woke up and saw it. Oh well... this IS the country. Lots of field mice and that's why I always keep the door CLOSED. My compassionate limit is with roaches. DISGUSTING
