i have a favourite saying that i think came from budha - it doesnt matter how long you have forgotten only how soon you remember. it helps me a lot to think like this. we all make mistakes and go off our paths (i wondered off for 6 years) but the wonderful thing about living is getting the chance to change. please be kind and loving to yourself.

now as for other peoples comments mmm i want to share with you what happend with me and my closest friend. i started my path to weight loss and health around the same time as you. now my friend is one of those really good friends that you feel blessed they are in your life. she was my biggest supporter and kept telling me i could do it. well once i started losing the weight i never really heard her saying things like "you look good" or "gee youve done well" i heard things like "well when you get to your goal weight" or "just a bit more work to do". at the time it kind of hurt my feelings that i wasnt getting the comments i wanted. anyway i am now past my goal weight and feeling great so the other nite i talked to her about how her comments made me feel. i mentioned that she never said those positive things to me and at times i felt she was a bit harsh on me. she was shocked and so apologetic she really didnt know that what she was saying was hurting my feelings she thought she was saying the things i wanted/needed to hear. it was her way of trying to encourage me. but maybe the raw police dont realise what they are doing is causing you pain.

you have done so amazingly well i would hate it if some of the negative things in your life at the moment out way all the positive changes you have made. your journey is inspiring to so many you have helped me reach my goals and i hope in soem way i can help you. so im sending some love your way and hoping your week improves.
