Hello,

So much of what you have written I can totally relate to!! I am 5'11" and average build right now.... trying for thin. I also had the experience of my Grandmother telling me I was "chunky" at about age 10. That made a deeper impression on me than I think she knows. I quickly got into eating disorders and was about 5'10", 12 years old and 120 pounds. I think subconsciously since then I have wanted to be back at that size even though realistically I know that would not work.


So, here I am..... striving for a happy balance. And I have to admit.... having the online blog is helpful. It's a great way to get feedback and share and hear others stories.
