I'm slowly decluttering my basement apartment. I'm feeling a little listless and unmotivated. I'm sure it's detox from caffeinated coffee. Mild food temptations. I had some herbal tea and also a teaspoon of raw cream honey otherwise I wouldn't beable to move. It's not a 'master cleanse' because of the honey I guess. I'm down to 153 pounds and waist is 30.5.

I said one decade of the rosary today in bed. I was having those mental oppressions and I felt better afterwards. I told my sis to convey to me the info on the gym membership collector and that was that. I also got paid today and had no stress about money. I did tell my husband that we're not grocery shopping in Walmart. Walmart is my happy place. I go there after work to unwind by walking aroun the whole store once. I buy all of my foods there. Well anyway, it's too much temptation is what I'm trying to say.

End of the second day of the cleanse and I'm having brain farts and knee pain :D
