Blog Description Smoked for about three years- from 17-20. Trying to cure my acne and cleanse my body/lungs. I plan on doing a long juice fast maybe several of them.
This blog is for me to record my experience with the juice fast. I'm using a champion juicer and I'm juicing kale, parsley, carrots, apples, celery, collard greens, etc. I'm also sipping filtered water w/ celtic sea salt throughout the day. |
