Well well well! I am back! One year later, though i didn’t plan to reinstate this on the anniversary, or even near it! The past year has been one of the most difficult of my life. Suffice to say that since I last wrote, two close family members have been seriously ill, and another beautiful family member has passed away, I broke up with my boyfriend of nearly 4 years, had two other intense and great Romances, and something else big happened, too, which I can’t write about. Although I haven’t been writing daily, I’m still going full steam ahead, and still losing weight :)
For two days my weight stalled, and even went up 0.2 lb, despite a liver cleanse on Saturday night, and Bikram yoga on Sunday.. so yesterday, Monday, I fasted on water only all day, and again, went to yoga.. this morning, a loss of 2.2 lb from before.. FANTASTIC! :)
I had been eating cheese and salad, that’s why my weight had stalled. If you eat plain protein, there’s really no two ways about it; your weight goes down.

Lost 0.6 lbs yesterday.. so now at 146.2. Cool that it’s dropping :)
Didn’t do a liver cleanse last night. Went to yoga without eating at all, and had such a brilliant class that the thought of fasting and taking salts, etc. afterwards felt like a needless punishment. I don’t think it was a bad decision not doing the cleanse. Bikram yoga is a cleanse in itself, anyway. In +++ ketosis yesterday evening, and ++ this morning. Eat a bunch of brazil nuts (150g) late last night, after a salad -again, not perfectly ideal!

Hmm.. no weight loss today. Weighed in at exactly the same as I did yesterday. No problem - as long as it’s not going up in any way!
Going to yoga in an hour or so. Gonna go on a totally empty stomach - haven’t eaten yet. Last night I had some salad with buffalo mozarella and pesto. Not good, really. I actually eat it mostly cos I was feeling low after a row with.. what’ll we say.. someone close to me. Hmmm.
One very cool thing about being on a restrictive diet like this, though, despite last night, is that it mostly stamps out emotional eating. And the whole proetin/ketosis thing me ... read more

Just a very quick post.
Lost 1.8 lbs since yesterday. At 146.8 this morning.
Have upped the walking to 6.4km per day, with nicki minaj in my ipod helping me along! Feels great!

Was a bit delayed in beginning. But have started now.
Took salts on Monday night to start me off, then fasted (water only) on tuesday, and did a liver cleanse tuesday night. Now it’s wednesday evening: have eaten a couple of boiled eggs so far today, only.
Monday I weighed 151 lbs (i cry, i cry..)..... this morning, down to 148.6.
Also have walked 5km yesterday, 6+km today, and went to bikram yoga last night. Doing as much exercise as I can, without pushing it too much, to keep me sane and energized. Taking supplements, going on my zen chi machine, and doing coffee enemas, too.

When I look back over my previous entries I realise what a strong place I was in then.
I never shifted those extra ten pounds I put up.. So that’s why I’m back.
I do kind of feel like crying at the thought of the challenge ahead - but that’s just probably all the oestrogen floating around inside me now! At least, that’s what my naturopath would say!
However sad and weak I feel now, I KNOW that those feelings disappear after the first initial few days of detoxing. I know that by, say, Monday, I’ll be feeling on top of the world. So they’re the thoughts I’m reaching for.

i am back, and freshly inspired. Wish me luck. Just about to weigh myself now, for the first time in months.. not scared, but happy that i am on this track again.
Liver cleanse tonight, for the first time in 6 weeks. Yoga today, or tomorrow, again, for the first time in 6 weeks.

Well although i haven’t been posting, i haven’t stopped the diet, and i have lost more weight - now at 134.0 lbs.
Since my last post, i have done two more liver flushes, and have been in ketosis most of the time.
My motivation is ever strong, and i’m feeling great in my skin. My mum and brother have commented on how well i look, and that just further spurs me on.
College is so busy.. really. The workload is just constant.

my weight loss has stalled since my last post - from eating salad and veg every day! ha!
anyway, all is well. i am in ketosis, and skin is really good.
tonight i have taken epsom salts, and am waiting for the oil-time to come... eek!!! it’s never really nice, is it; liver flushing :)
i was given a present of a lovely fancy ’Le Creuset’ griddle pan - should be great for grilling my steaks and fish.

fasted yesterday and then did a liver flush last night... this morning i was down to 135.4 lbs, and then this eve, when i did a coffee enema, a whole load of gallstones came out. This has happened before, so i know what they look like. bright green, pea green, dark green...

I am feeling very stressed with college. It isn’t usual for me to have so many demands being placed on my time and energy, and I’m feeling the strain.
My liver flush came a day late, but I did it last night. All went well; no nausea or waking during the night. Woke earlier than usual, feeling clear. Diet went off the wall over the weekend, but since yesterday afternoon I am back on track. Only eat 1 small steak today. I paid for the weekend with my weight: UP to 141 this morning. Terrible. well today did not go to plan. had a good time though. kind of.
no yoga, no diet today. it’s not like i eat junk - just veg., salad, brown rice.
tomorrow: my old friend BIG LIVER FLUSH. i have been so irritable these past few days (to those close to me). Also have experienced moments of ANGER! -- clear sign that a liver cleanse is needed (amongst other things - better diet, better sleep routine, better self-care in general).

Lost more weight today, but only 0.2 lb. At 137.0 now.
have been eating too much.
i know that the weight falls off when i allow myself to really feel hunger PANGS... you know, gnawing in the stomach.
it’s not actually so bad or anything. it’s more a mental decision than any huge physical challenge. i have just been stressed out with college. very, very long days. didn’t make it to yoga last night (too tired - good decision), or today (too busy with other stuff - bad decision).
not in ketosis yet either, but then again, how could i be?! just eating too much.
