Took salts on Monday night to start me off, then fasted (water only) on tuesday, and did a liver cleanse tuesday night. Now it's wednesday evening: have eaten a couple of boiled eggs so far today, only.
Monday I weighed 151 lbs (i cry, i cry..)..... this morning, down to 148.6.
Also have walked 5km yesterday, 6+km today, and went to bikram yoga last night. Doing as much exercise as I can, without pushing it too much, to keep me sane and energized. Taking supplements, going on my zen chi machine, and doing coffee enemas, too.
I did have really annoying (and painful!) muscle cramps - in one arm, bizzarely - late last night.. so, feeling like a lunatic, at about 1am I went and soaked my arm in a sink of hot water with epsom salts in it.. that worked, and I fell asleep soon after.
So, generally, all great. Yesterday my mood was sky-high; today, a bit lower.
But I'm pretty happy with my energy levels. I'm in +++ ketosis now, which is fantastic.
